The 585 pages book sized 20X14cm, describes 532 species of wild birds belonging to 90 families through more than 840 live photos of wild birds in Vietnam. Each species includes information on habitat, distribution, description, conservation status and is illustrated with at least one color live photo and one distribution maps. This is the first book in Vietnam that helps to identify wild birds through live photos. This book is for anyone who love and would like to learn about Vietnam wild birds. The book was published in October 2012 in Vietnamese, developed by Doctor Le Manh Hung – Institute of Ecology and Biological Resources, Vietnam. The book was partly supported by Wildlife At Risk (WAR).
